Why the front-wheel-drive rear is so cheap
Because it barely does anything. On a front-wheel-drive car the rear wheels do not drive, do not steer, and carry less weight than the front.

A 2004 to 2011 Camry takes HA590460 on the left and HA590450 on the right. A 2005 to 2018 Tacoma splits into 512294 and 512295. A front-wheel-drive Highlander of that era wants HA590368 or HA590287 depending on side.
The bearing itself is often identical. What differs is the ABS sensor, because the wiring runs down one side of the car so the connector faces a different way.

Why the rear gets left longer
Worth mentioning because it affects what you end up paying.
Rear bearing noise arrives through the floor rather than the firewall, so it spreads out and feels like it comes from everywhere. People are much less certain about a rear noise than a front one.
